After a tag team match, which they lost, on the August 19 episode ofSmackDown, Fox was attacked by Natalya, which provoked a feud between the two.[64] She began acting as aface while wrestling alongside several different Divas to face Natalya andBeth Phoenix, collectively known asThe Divas of Doom, in tag team matches,[65] and also regularly competing against them in singles matches.[66][67] As part of thestoryline, Fox also prevented Natalya and Phoenix from attacking other Divas, includingKelly Kelly[68] and AJ.[69] The storyline continued sporadically throughout the first half of 2012, with Fox losing tag team[70] and singles matches to Phoenix and Natalya.[71][72]

Fox spent the remainder of 2012 and early 2013 competing in sporadic matches, usually on the losing side.[2] In mid–2013, Fox appeared on the rebootedNXT, entering a tournament to determine the inauguralNXT Women's Champion, where she defeatedBayley in the first round, but lost toPaige in the semi-finals.[73][74]

Since January 2014, Fox formed a tag team withAksana, later dubbed "Foxsana".[76][77][78] On April 6, Fox competed atWrestleMania XXX in the 14-Diva "Vickie Guerrero Invitational match" for theWWE Divas Championship, which was won by the defending championAJ Lee.[79] After that, Fox started a feud with the newly crowned WWE Divas ChampionPaige, losing to her in a series of matches onRaw,[80]Main Event,[81] andWWE Superstars.[82] Her losses provoked a storyline, in which she lost her temper after matches, taunting thering announcers, ringside crew, and crowd and defacing the ringside area.[83][84] Fox was eventually able to defeat Paige onRaw on May 19 in a non-title match and celebrated by takingJerry Lawler's crown afterwards.[85] Her victory set up a title match between the two atPayback, on June 1, which Fox lost.[86] Following a further loss to Paige on June 9, Fox attacked tag team partner Aksana, before defeating her in a match onSmackDown, officially disbanding Foxsana.[87][88] Fox subsequently entered into a feud withNikki Bella after being appointed byStephanie McMahon to berate her in a series of handicap matches. Meanwhile, Fox continued to throw temper tantrums during her matches throughout the summer, and even tormentedTom Phillips in a number of backstage segments on the WWE App.[89]

Team Bella would first eliminateTeam B.A.D. when Brie Bella pinned Tamina, however Team PCB would win the match after Brie was pinned by Becky Lynch.[103][104] On the August 25 episode ofTough Enough, Fox made a special appearance on the finale of thesixth season, wrestling finalistsAmanda and eventual winnerSara Lee.[105] While Nikki Bella was off television with an injury, Fox spent the remainder of 2015 competing occasionally in singles matches and tag team matches with Brie Bella.[106][107][108]

On the March 14, 2016, episode ofRaw, Fox and Brie were defeated byTeam B.A.D. following a distraction provided byLana.[109] After this match, Team Bella quietly disbanded and both Fox and Brie transitioned intofan favorites.[110][111] On the March 22 episode ofMain Event, she and Natalya accompaniedPaige to her match against Naomi, where Paige was defeated following a distraction provided bySummer Rae and a returningEmma.[112] The following week, Fox, Brie, and Natalya accompanied Paige to her rematch against Emma on the March 28 episode ofRaw.
