Ali Hüsrev Bozer (28 July 1925 – 30 September 2020)[2] was a Turkish politician and academic ofcommercial law.
Bozer was born inAnkara,Turkey. At first a member of theNationalist Democracy Party (MDP), then of theMotherland Party (ANAP), he served as Deputy Prime Minister in theTurgut Özal's andYıldırım Akbulut's cabinets and wasMinister of Foreign Affairs. He was one of the founders ofOyak-Renault, automotive company in Turkey (1969) and served as chairman of the board of Oyak-Renault from 1991 to 1995.
Bozer was the father ofCoca-Cola Eurasia Group PresidentAhmet Bozer.[3] He died on 30 September 2020, after contractingCOVID-19 during theCOVID-19 pandemic in Turkey.[4][5] He was laid to rest two days later, atKarşıyaka Cemetery in Ankara.[6]
