TheAlfa Romeo 690 engine is a custom-built, production-based, high-revving, prototype,four-stroke, 2.5-liter,naturally aspirated,V6racingengine, designed, developed and produced byAlfa Romeo, purpose-built for the1996ITC season. It was loosely based on thePRV engine, used in theLancia Thema 6v.[1][2][3]
