Alena Marx (born 21 December 2000) is a Swissslalom canoeist who has competed at the international level since 2016.[1]
Marx won gold medal in the inaugural edition of kayak cross individual at the2025 World Championships inPenrith.
Marx represented Switzerland at two Olympic Games. She finised in 16th place in theC1 event at the delayed2020 Summer Olympics inTokyo after being eliminated in the semifinal.[2] She also competed at the2024 Summer Olympics inParis, finishing 8th in theC1 event, 19th in theK1 event and 6th inkayak cross.
She won two gold medals at the2024 European Championships inTacen.
Her brotherDimitri Marx also competes in canoe slalom[3] and is a two-timeU23 world champion in kayak cross.
