PrinceAleksander Koniecpolski (1620–1659) was aPolish nobleman. He became theGrand Standard-Bearer of the Crown in 1641, thePalatine ofSandomierz Voivodeship in 1656, and theStarost ofPerejasław,Korsun,Płoskirow andDolina. He was the son of the famoushetmanStanisław Koniecpolski.
During theChmielnicki Uprising, he was elected as one of theRegimentarz of thepospolite ruszenie and took part on the losing side of theBattle of Pyliavtsi in 1648.[1]
