TheAl Noor Tower is a proposed 540 meters skyscraper that was to be built inCasablanca,Morocco. If built, it would have been the tallest building inAfrica. The concept of the tower was created by a French designer, Amédée Santalo, based inDubai. The owner is SheikhTarek bin Laden, the half brother ofOsama bin Laden.[3] The project was canceled in 2018.[1]
