Al-Khansaa (magazine)

Al-Khansaa was an online women's magazine launched in 2004 by aSaudi branch ofal-Qaeda.[1][2]

The magazine claimed to have been founded by Saudi leaderAbd-al-Aziz al-Muqrin shortly before his death.[3] It offered advice onfirst aid for wounded family members, how to raise children to believe inJihad and physical training for women to prepare for combat.[3]

The magazine was named afterAl-Khansaa, anArab poet and a contemporary ofMuhammad.[4]
