Cyril Coquerelle[3] (born February 19, 1999) is aFrenchprofessional wrestler. He is signed toWWE. He is primarily known for his work as themasked wrestlerAigle Blanc in the Germanprofessional wrestling promotionWestside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw) where he is a formerwXw World Tag Team Champion. He is also known for his various tenures with promotions from theEuropean independent scene.[4]Aigle Blanc means "White Eagle" inFrench, which is reflected in several white eagles both on his mask and hisgimmick.
Aigle Blanc is known for various stints with several promotions in theEuropean independent scene. He made hisprofessional wrestling debut in theAssociation of Wrestling Professionals (APC) under the ring name of Yama-C at ahouse show promoted on July 13, 2014, where he defeated Dragon Richard in asingles match.[5] As part of APC's roster, he mostly competed as a developmental talent in other promotions. At Progress x APC, a crossover event promoted alongsideProgress Wrestling on August 24, 2019, he lost the APC Championship to Tristan Archer in athree-way match that also featuredChris Brookes.[6] At GCW vs. The World, an event promoted byGame Changer Wrestling on September 23, 2023, he competed in asix-way scramble which was won byGringo Loco and also involvedArez,Jimmy Lloyd,Mizuki Watase, andThe Rotation.[7] At Rixe Episode 17, an event promoted by Rixe Catch on December 16, 2023, he successfully defended the Rixe Championship againstDrilla Moloney.[8]
Aigle Blanc made hisWestside Xtreme Wrestling debut at the 2020 edition of the APC/wXw Fight For Paris event, held in conjunction with his home promotion, APC, on January 11 and 12. He defeatedJay Skillet in the quarterfinals,Marius Al-Ani in the semifinals and fell short toDavid Starr in the finals.[9] He continued with the promotion alongside his "Frenchadors" tag team partnerSenza Volto. He began chasing several championships promoted by the company. He won the vacantwXw World Tag Team Championship alongside Senza Volto at on the third night of the 2022 World Tag Team Festival by defeating Amboss (Icarus andRobert Dreissker).[10] At wXw We Love Wrestling: Live in Bad Säckingen on November 4, 2023, he unsuccessfully challenged retaining champion Elijah Blum andTristan Archer for thewXw Shotgun Championship.[11]
He has competed in several of the promotion's signature events, including Shortcut To The Top, where he made his first appearance at the 2021 edition, competing in the traditionalbattle royal for the number one contendership to thewXw Unified World Wrestling Championship, which was won byJurn Simmons and also featured several other notable opponents such asBobby Gunns,Peter Tihanyi,Norman Harras, Robert Dreissker, Vincent Heisenberg and many others.[12] At the 2022 edition, he competed in the same traditional battle royal won byLevaniel and also involving the likes ofAxel Tischer,Hektor Invictus,Laurance Roman,Maggot,Teoman and others.[13]
In the16 Carat Gold Tournament, Aigle Blanc made his first appearance at the 2020 edition where he lost to Peter Tihanyi in the first round.[14]
In the summer of 2023, Aigle Blanc went on an excursion to Japan to compete forAll Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) for about a month. He made his debut on the first night of the 2023 Summer Action Series, on July 16, where he teamed up withSatoshi Kojima to defeatBlack Menso-re andYoshitatsu.[15] On the second night of the2023 Ōdō Tournament on August 21, he teamed up with Zennichi Shin Jidai (Rising Hayato andYuma Anzai) in a losing effort againstHokuto Omori,Naoki Tanizaki, andNaruki Doi in asix-man tag team match.[16]
In March 2025, Aigle Blanc participated in a tryout forWWE and reportedly signed a deal with the company.[17] On October 24, 2025, WWE officially announced the signing of Blanc, who was now unmasked and going by his real nameCyril Coquerelle.[18]
