Ahmad Maher (Arabic:أحمد ماهر) is an Egyptian film director. Hisdirectorial debutThe Traveller (2009) competed for theGolden Lion at the66th Venice International Film Festival.[1] It was also screened in the Special Presentations section at the2009 Toronto International Film Festival.[2] Maher also served as the art director on the 1990Martin Scorsese filmGoodfellas.
