TheRiver Rhythallt (Welsh: Afon Rhythallt) is ariver inGwynedd,North Wales whose source isLlyn Padarn. It flows in a northwesterly direction past the village ofBrynrefail, Gwynedd and changes its name toAfon Seiont downstream ofPont Rhythallt inLlanrug. The Afon Seiont eventually reaches the sea atCaernarfon. The river has a broadflood plain which occasionally threatens homes in the village ofCwm-y-glo.
