AnAfghani burger (also known as theKabuli burger or theAyatollah Burger) is an Afghanfast foodwrap consisting of a piece ofAfghan bread rolled aroundfrench fries, along withchutney and other condiments, vegetables, and oftensausages or other meat. It borrows influences fromAfghan cuisine and was popularized insidePakistan byAfghan immigrants (especially inIslamabad, where it is considered one of the staple street foods of the city, andPeshawar).[1][2]
