TheAdelfoi Islets (Greek:Αδελφοί, "brothers") are twoGreekislands in theSporades. They are located about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) east-southeast of the main island ofAlonnisos and also administered by the municipality of the same mainisland name. The 2001 census reported a population of eleven inhabitants.
Its nearest islands and islets areAlonnisos andPeristera,Skantzoura to the east andEuboea[1] further south.
