Adán Aquilino Godoy Rubina (born 26 November 1936) is a Chilean formerfootballer who played as agoalkeeper forChile in the1962 and1966 FIFA World Cups.[2] He also played forSantiago Morning andClub Deportivo Universidad Católica.
In 1966, he had a brief stint withDeportes Concepción, alongside teammates such asHugo Cicamois,Luis Hernán Carvallo andEsteban Varas.[3]
He is the father-in-law of the former Chile international footballerCarlos Rivas, with whom he coincided inSantiago Morning in 1977,[4] at the same time he is the grandfather of the Canadian former playerCarlos Rivas Jr., son of Carlos Sr.[5]
