Acotiamide, sold under the brand namesAcofide,[2][3] andDyspevict is amedication manufactured and approved in Japan and Russia[4] for the treatment ofpostprandial fullness, upper abdominalbloating, and earlysatiation due tofunctional dyspepsia.[5] It acts as anacetylcholinesterase inhibitor.
