Abula (soup)

Soup of Yoruba people in Nigeria

Àbùlà is a dish that originated fromYoruba people fromYorubaland.[1] It includesamala (yam dish), ewedu (draw jute soup), gbegiri (bean soup) and obe ata (tomato stew)[2][3]

Abula is considered adelicacy because it is not a commonmeal. It takes considerable time and effort to make. This meal is eaten commonly among the Yoruba people ofỌ̀yọ́ andOgbómòṣọ́[4]
