Abrid Shine is an Indian film director, screenwriter and fashion photographer in theMalayalam film industry.[1] He made his directorial debut in 2014 with the film1983, which won him the prestigiousKerala State Film Award for Best Debut Director.[2]
Abrid Shine has two children. His son, Bhagath Abrid acted as the son ofNivin Pauly in the film1983 and as the son ofSoubin Shahir in the Malayalam movie Meow.[3] now set to make as leading role forPrema Pranth.[4]
Abrid Shine started his career working as a fashion photographer for the popular Malayalam women's magazineVanitha. He assistedLal Jose in Puramkazhchakal in the 2009 ensemble filmKerala Cafe. He debuted as a director with theMalayalam film1983 in the year 2014.[1]
