Abell 2162 is agalaxy cluster in theAbell catalogue located in the constellationCorona Borealis. It is a member of theHercules Superclusters,[1] the redshifts of the member galaxies of which lie between 0.0304 and 0.0414. The cluster hosts a massiveType-cD galaxy calledNGC 6086.[2]
