TheAMIGO Movement (Spanish:Movimiento AMIGO; short forAcción Movilizadora Independiente Generando Oportunidades,AMIGO) is anEcuadorian political party. It was founded in the province ofManabí by former assemblyman Daniel Mendoza, under the name "Mejor: Emprendimiento, Justicia, Oportunidades Reales". In 2019, it was renamedMEJOR EC and registered as a national party.[1] For the2021 Ecuadorian general election, the party took on its current name with the electoral list number of 16.
For the2023 Ecuadorian general election, the party endorsedBolívar Armijos Velasco.
