ADB-HEXINACA (also known asADB-HINACA andADMB-HEXINACA) is acannabinoiddesigner drug that has been found as an ingredient in somesynthetic cannabis products, first appearing in early 2021. It is a longer chainhomologue of previously encountered synthetic cannabinoid compounds such asADB-BUTINACA andADB-PINACA.[1][2] The pharmacology of ADB-HEXINACA and numerous analogues at CB1 and CB2 receptors has been reported.[3]
