It was founded in 1913.
Between 1989 (when it acquired the sports title ofG.S. Telgate ofTelgate) and 1996, the club played a total of four seasons inSerie C1 and three inSerie C2.
After a long but steady decline, the club, under the new denomination ofPro Palazzolo, climbed back up the league pyramid from 2015 onwards and was admitted to Serie D in 2023 after acquiring the sports title of Franciacorta.
Its colors areskyblue.
