Ashley C. Bradley[1][2] is an American television writer and producer. She is known for her work on the animated seriesTrollhunters: Tales of Arcadia,3Below: Tales of Arcadia, andWhat If...?.

Career

In August 2019, it was announced Bradley would be thehead writer and executive producer of theMarvel Studios animated seriesWhat If...?, which was released onDisney+ on August 11, 2021.[3][4] She also served as consulting producer and writer onMs. Marvel.[5]

Bradley's first feature film,Much Ado, which is based on theWilliam Shakespeare playMuch Ado About Nothing, is currently in active development atSony Pictures.Nisha Ganatra is attached to direct andWill Gluck is producing.[6][7][5] Bradley and Gluck are also writing the script for a film adaptation of the video gameJust Dance, with Gluck set to direct.[8]

Personal life

Bradley is from theborough ofthe Bronx inNew York City. She studied international relations and English literature atBoston College and graduated from theUSC School of Cinematic Arts with amaster's degree and aM.F.A. degree in screenwriting.[1][5] She has a daughter, born in early 2021. Bradley found out that she was partially infertile during theCOVID-19 pandemic, so she decided to have children as soon as she could, crediting the pandemic andMarvel Studios employees Danielle Costa andVictoria Alonso for inspiring her to "take the leap".[9] In 2025, she lost her home inAltadena, California to theJanuary 2025 Southern California wildfires.[10]
