A. Arunachalam is an Indian politician of theAnna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam and a former Member of the Legislative Assembly ofTamil Nadu. He served as the Deputy Speaker of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from 2001 to 2006.[1][2]

He was elected to theTamil Nadu legislative assembly as anAnna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate from theVarahur constituency in the1984 and2001 elections.[3][4]
