843 Nicolaia is amain-beltasteroid discovered by Danish astronomerH. Thiele on 30 September 1916. It was alost asteroid for 65 years before being rediscovered byAstronomisches Rechen-Institut at Heidelberg in 1981.[3] The asteroid is orbiting theSun with a period of 3.44 years.
