The6KH9 bayonet (Russian:Изделие 6Х29,lit. 'Bayonet 6X9') is abayonet produced by KAMPO (Russian:КАМПО) for theRatnik program.
The 6KH9 bayonet is designed for Kalashnikov rifles, but mostly for theAK-12 with elements in previous bayonets implemented.
The 6KH9 blade is made of high strength steel with a titanium based coating. Its sheath, aside from with nippers and a diamond bar for sharpening could also store the sharpener for the blade.[1]
Also known as the Bumblebee (Russian:Шмель), adopted alongside the 6KH9.
