The45th Sports Emmy Awards were presented by theNational Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), honoring the best inAmerican sports television coverage in 2023. The ceremony took place in-person at theJazz at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall inNew York City on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

The nominations were announced on April 9, 2024.[1]ESPN received the most nominations with 49, whileNFL 360 was the most nominated program, with 11 nominations.[2] American journalist and sportcasterJames Brown was honored with theSports Lifetime Achievement Award.

The coverage forSuper Bowl LVIII and Toy Story Funday Football were the most awarded programs with three wins.[3][4] The ESPN andCBS Networks tied with the most awards with 7 wins each.
