The37th Golden Raspberry Awards, orRazzies, was a parodic awards ceremony that identified the worst thefilm industry had to offer in2016, according to votes from members of the Golden Raspberry Foundation. Razzies co-founderJohn J. B. Wilson has stated that the intent of the awards is "to be funny."[1] The pre-nomination ballots were revealed on the week of January 2, 2017, with the nominations being revealed on January 23, 2017. The winners were announced on February 25, 2017.[2]

Hillary's America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party became the first documentary film to be awardedWorst Picture, also winningWorst Director,Worst Actor, andWorst Actress;Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice also won four awards, includingWorst Remake, Rip-off or Sequel andWorst Screenplay.Misconduct andZoolander 2 won one award each, whileMel Gibson was awarded theRazzie Redeemer Award for directingHacksaw Ridge.
