337 Devosa is a largeMain beltasteroid. It was discovered byAuguste Charlois on 22 September 1892 inNice. The asteroid is orbiting theSun at a distance of2.38 AU with aperiod of 3.68 years and aneccentricity (ovalness) of 0.14. These orbital elements are similar to that of the large asteroid4 Vesta.[3] Theorbital plane of 337 Devosa is tilted at an angle of 7.85° to theplane of the ecliptic.[1]

This is classified as anX-type asteroid in theTholen system[1] and Xk type in theBus-DeMeo taxonomy, with spectral properties similar tomesosiderites.[3] It spans a girth of59±2 km and has arotation period of4.65 h.[4]
