Elections in Alaska

The2026 United States House of Representatives election in Alaska will be held on November 3, 2026, to elect a member of theUnited States House of Representatives to represent thestate ofAlaska and itsat-large district. The election will coincide withother elections to the U.S. House,elections to theUnited States Senate, and various otherstate and local elections. The primary election will occur on August 18, 2026.[1]

IncumbentNick Begich III was elected with 51.22% of the vote in2024, narrowly defeating then-incumbentMary Peltola, the first Democrat to represent Alaska in the House since1972.[2][3][4]

The race will be conducted usingranked-choice voting.
