The2026 Oregon House of Representatives election will be held on November 3, 2026, alongside the other2026 United States elections.[1] Voters will elect members of theOregon House of Representatives in all 60 of theU.S. state ofOregon's legislative districts to serve a two-year term.[2]

Democrats

Two Democrats are not seeking re-election.

  1. District 7:John Lively is retiring.
  2. District 40:Annessa Hartman is retiring to run forClackamas County Commission.

Republicans

  1. District 11:Jami Cate is retiring torun for State Senate.
