Nevada Question 6, officially theRight to Abortion Initiative, is aninitiatedconstitutional amendment that will appear on the ballot in theU.S. state ofNevada on November 3, 2026, concurrent with the2026 United States elections.
Question 6 was approved in2024 with 64.36% voting 'Yes', and as Nevada requires initiated constitutional amendments to be approved in two even-numbered election years, it was then certified for the 2026 ballot.[1][2]
If passed, the right toabortion up to fetal viability would be enshrined in theNevada Constitution.[3]
