The2026 Iowa House of Representatives election will be held on November 3, 2026, alongside theIowa Senate election and the other2026 United States elections .[ 1] Voters will elect members of theIowa House of Representatives in all 100 of theU.S. state ofIowa 's legislative districts to serve a two-year term.[ 2]
Incumbent DemocratJ. D. Scholten was initially running for US Senate againstJoni Ernst , but dropped out endorsing fellow State Rep.Josh Turek .[ 13]
