2025 Women's T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier

Women's international cricket tournament

The2025 ICC Women's T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier was acricket tournament that formed part of thequalification process for the2026 Women's T20 World Cup. The first stage of the tournament was Division Two, featuring eight teams and played inBotswana in July 2025.[1]Rwanda andSierra Leone reached the final of Division Two and therefore progressed to Division One.[2][3] Rwanda defeated Sierra Leone by 51 runs in the final.[4]

Division One was played in Namibia in September, with the top two sides advancing to theGlobal Qualifier.[5]Namibia andZimbabwe secured the qualification places.[6] Zimbabwe defeated Namibia in the final by 9 wickets.[7]Nigeria andSierra Leone were relegated to Division Two, despite Nigeria'sLucky Piety being named player of the series.[8][9][10]
