The2025–26 Slovak First Football League (known asNiké liga for sponsorship reasons) is the 33rd season of first-tier football league inSlovakia since its establishment in 1993.

Slovan Bratislava is the seven-time defending champion.

Teams

The league will consist of twelve teams; the top eleven teams from theprevious season, and one team promoted from the2. Liga.Tatran Prešov has been promoted to the top flight as champions of the2024–25 2. Liga after seven years absence, replacing the 2024–25 Slovak First Football League bottom-placed teamBanská Bystrica after three years in top flight.Slovan Bratislava will enter upcoming season as defending champions (for the seventh successive year).
