Ice hockey franchise season
The2025–26 Detroit Red Wings season is the100th season for theNational Hockey League (NHL) franchise that was established on September 25, 1926.[ 1] It is the Red Wings' ninth season atLittle Caesars Arena . This is the Red Wings' first full season under head coachTodd McLellan , after former head coachDerek Lalonde , was fired on December 26, 2024.[ 2]
