The2024 West Virginia Attorney General election was held on November 5, 2024, to elect the nextattorney general of West Virginia, concurrently with the2024 U.S. presidential election, as well as variousstate and local elections, including forU.S. Senate,U.S. House, andgovernor of West Virginia. IncumbentRepublican Attorney GeneralPatrick Morrisey was eligible to run for re-election to a fourth term but decided instead torun for governor. Republican state auditor JB McCuskey defeatedDemocratic attorney Teresa Toriseva with 70.02% of the vote.[1]
