The2024 Nebraska Democratic presidential primary took place on May 14, 2024, as part of theDemocratic Party primaries for the2024 presidential election. 34 delegates to theDemocratic National Convention were allocated to the presidential candidates, of which 29 were pledged delegates allocated on the basis of the results of the primary.[1]
IncumbentPresidentJoe Biden announced hisbid for a second term on April 25, 2023.[2] President Biden won twenty-eight delegates. Congressman Dean Phillips won one delegate by receiving the most votes of any candidate inLogan County, with 55.6% of the vote.[3]
