The2024 elections for the Indiana House of Representatives took place on Tuesday November 5, 2024, to elect representatives from all 100 districts in theIndiana House of Representatives. The primary elections took place on May 7, 2024.[1] TheRepublican Party has held a House majority since 2011.[2]

The elections forUnited States presidential election,Indiana's nine congressional districts,Indiana governor, andIndiana state senate were also held on this date.

In May 2023, Lucas was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.[61] Lucas plead guilty to the two charges which are misdemeanors and therefore allowed him to keep his seat in theIndiana General Assembly. Lucas told The Hammer and Nigel Show ofWIBC that he had no intention of resigning.[62]
