The2024 Indian general election was held inKerala on 26 April 2024 to elect all 20 members from the state to the18th Lok Sabha. The result of the election was announced on 4 June 2024.[1]

TheUnited Democratic Front (UDF), led byIndian National Congress (INC), andLeft Democratic Front (LDF), led byCommunist Party of India (Marxist), contested separately in Kerala. This is in spite of both alliances being part of theIndian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA)[2] The UDF swept the elections winning 18 out of 20 seats, one less than in 2019. TheBharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won inThrissur, their first ever Lok Sabha seat in Kerala, while the remaining seat was won by LDF.[3]

The elections to all 20 seats in Kerala was held on the second, out of seven, phase of the general election on 26 April 2024.
