The2024 AFC Champions League final was the final of the2023–24 AFC Champions League, the 42nd edition of the top-level Asian club football tournament organized by theAsian Football Confederation (AFC), and the 21st edition under theAFC Champions League title.

The final was contested in two-legged home-and-away format betweenYokohama F. Marinos fromJapan andAl Ain from theUnited Arab Emirates. The winners earned the final Asian berth at the2025 FIFA Club World Cup in the United States.

This final was the second for Yokohama F. Marinos after1990,^[1] and the fourth for Al Ain, with their most recent in2016.^[2]

The final was played over two legs. If the aggregate score would be level after two legs,extra time and, if necessary, apenalty shoot-out would be used to decide the winning team.^[3]
