The2024–25 Vietnamese National Football Cup was the 33rd edition of theVietnamese National Football Cup, the premier knockout competition inVietnamese football. A total of 25 clubs competed in this edition, including all teams from the top two tiers of theVietnamese football league system. The competition began in October 2024 with the first-round matches, and was concluded in 29 June 2025 with the final.

V.League 1 teamDong A Thanh Hoa were the two-time defending champions after winning back-to-back titles in the2023 and2023–24 editions,[1] but were eliminated byHaiphong on the round of 16.[2]

Cong An Hanoi won the first title after defeatingSong Lam Nghe An 5–0 in the final. As winners, Cong An Hanoi earned automatic qualification to the2025–26 AFC Champions League Two group stage and2025–26 ASEAN Championship group stage. Cong An Hanoi also qualified for the2025 edition of theVietnamese Super Cup at the start of the next season, where they faced the champions of the2024–25 V.League 1,Thep Xanh Nam Dinh.
