The2024–25 Premier Volleyball League All–Filipino Conference was the 20th conference of thePremier Volleyball League, its 11th conference as a professional league, and the first conference of the 2024–25 season.^[1]^[2] The ninthAll-Filipino Conference featured twelve teams with no foreign guest players allowed.

This is considered the longest conference of the league as it is estimated to take up to 5 to 6 months, as the league aligns with the FIVB calendar.^[1]^[3] Starting this tournament, referees from nearby countries will officiate semifinals and finals matches in a bid to mitigate bias.^[4]

Creamline Cool Smashers andPetro Gazz Angels as the top two teams of the preliminary round qualified for the2025 AVC Women's Volleyball Champions League.The All-Filipino Conference was followed by the2025 draft and the2025 PVL on Tour which was billed as a preseason tournament.^[5]
