Notes:
  1. ^The Premier League gained an additional Champions League place as a result of England gaining one of the two European Performance Spots (EPS) awarded to the two associations with the highestUEFA coefficient points in 2024–25.
  2. ^Initially, Crystal Palace qualified for the Europa League league phase as the2024–25 FA Cup winners. However, due to multi-club ownership rules, they were not permitted to enter the Europa League and entered the Conference League play-off round instead, with 7th-placed Nottingham Forest taking their place in the Europa League.[51] Crystal Palace appealed the decision but this was ultimately rejected.[52]
