The2023 Western Michigan Broncos football team representedWestern Michigan University in the2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Broncos played their home games atWaldo Stadium inKalamazoo, Michigan, and competed in the West Division of theMid-American Conference (MAC).[1] They were led by first-year head coachLance Taylor who was the offensive coordinator forLouisville in2022.[2] They finished the season 4–8 and 3–5 inconference play[3] The Western Michigan Broncos football team drew an average home attendance of 17,619 in 2023.
