The2023 Sioux Chief Fast Track 150 was the 17th stock car race of the2023 ARCA Menards Series season, and the 23rd iteration of theevent. The race was held on Friday, September 8, 2023, inKansas City, Kansas atKansas Speedway, a 1.5 miles (2.4 km) permanent quad-oval shaped racetrack. The race took the scheduled 100 laps to complete. In a wild race that saw only two drivers finish on the lead lap,Connor Mosack, driving forJoe Gibbs Racing, would dominate the final portion of the race, and earned his first careerARCA Menards Series win. Mosack would lead a race-high 64 laps in dominating fashion.[4] To fill out the podium,Carson Kvapil, driving forPinnacle Racing Group, andToni Breidinger, driving forVenturini Motorsports, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

Kansas Speedway is a 1.5-mile (2.4 km)tri-oval race track inKansas City, Kansas. It was built in 2001 and it currently hosts two annualNASCAR race weekends. TheIndyCar Series also raced at here until 2011. The speedway is owned and operated by theInternational Speedway Corporation.

The first and only practice session was held on Friday, September 8, at 12:40 PMCST, and would last for 45 minutes.[5]Connor Mosack, driving forJoe Gibbs Racing, would set the fastest time in the session, with a lap of 31.176, and an average speed of 173.210 mph (278.754 km/h).[6]

Qualifying

Qualifying was held on Friday, September 8, at 1:40 PMCST. The qualifying system used is a single-car, two-lap system with only one round. Whoever sets the fastest time in that round wins the pole.[5]Jesse Love, driving forVenturini Motorsports, would score the pole for the race, with a lap of 30.694, and an average speed of 175.930 mph (283.132 km/h).[7]
