The2023 Epsom and Ewell Borough Council election took place on 4 May 2023, to elect all 35 members ofEpsom and Ewell Borough Council inSurrey, England. This was on the same day as otherlocal elections across England. New ward boundaries came into effect for this election, reducing the number of seats from 38 to 35.[2]

Following the results, the council remained under control of theResidents Associations of Epsom and Ewell.[3][4]
