The2023–24Tercera Federación season is the third forTercera Federación, the national fifth level in theSpanish football league system. It consists of 18 groups with 18 teams each.[1]

A total of 324 teams make up the league: 27 relegated from the2022–23 Segunda Federación, 236 retained from the2022–23 Tercera Federación, and 61 promoted from the regional divisions.[2]
