The2023–24 BIBL season is the 16th edition ofBalkan International Basketball League (BIBL). Teams fromMontenegro,Kosovo and the newly represented countryCyprus are participating in this year’s competition.[1]
TheBalkan International Basketball League introduced a new, simplified competition format. Under this format, the competition will now feature a total of five teams and the tournament will divided into two phases: the Regular Season, whereby all participating teams will play each other in a double round robin both at home and away.[2] Following the regular season's conclusion, the top four placed teams will qualify to theFinal Four to determine the 2023–24 BIBL Balkan League champions.[3]
