The2022 Maryland Comptroller election was held on November 8, 2022, to elect the nextComptroller of Maryland. IncumbentDemocratic ComptrollerPeter Franchot declined to run for a fifth term and insteadran unsuccessfully for Governor of Maryland.[1]
