The2022 Italian Athletics Championships was the 112th edition of theItalian Athletics Championships and took place inRieti,Lazio (Stadio Raul Guidobaldi), from 24 to 26 June.[1]

The Italian championships of the men's and women's 35 km racewalk took place inPescara on January 16.[2] Thecross country championships took place inTrieste on 12 and 13 March.[3] The 10,000m championships took place inBrescia on May 1.[4]

Marcell Jacobs, returning after an injury, confirmed himself as the Italian100 m champion for the 5th year in a row.
Roberta Bruni, with 4.55 m inpole vault, set thechampionship record.
