The2022–23Women's EHF European League was the 42nd edition of the European Handball Federation,sEHF's second-tier women's handball competition, running from 8 October 2022 to 14 May 2023.^[1]

SG BBM Bietigheim entered the reason as the defending champions.

The draw for the group phase was held on Thursday, 15 December 2022. In each group, teams played against each other in adouble round-robin format, with home and away matches.^[5]
